CadWare sells its products directly from its online store.

To complete your purchase you must register. Registration allows us to better manage operations related to the sale and the user access to sensitive content such as order history and requests for support.

It is also possible to register without making the purchase, thus obtaining a better support for the evaluation of the product.

Once you have chosen the product you want to buy, put it in your shopping cart. Then go to cart and proceed to completing the purchase.

You will be requested all the information to register as a new user and billing information.
There is also a button to access if you are already a registered user. In this case, you are however required information for billing purposes. You must enter this data, or if you've previously entered them, confirm.

You can make the payment via PayPal.

You don't need to be registered with PayPal, all you need is a credit card enabled for internet payment: in PayPal payment page you have two options: pay with your PayPal account or, if you don't have a PayPal account, directly with your credit card, clicking on Don't have a PayPal account? Completed the order you will receive an e-mail with the order details.

During your purchase, when you are asked for the billing information, you can select the option Tax Exempt.

Who can request exemption from taxes? Depends on the country in which the buyer belongs:

• Purchases from Italy are always subject to VAT.
• For purchases from a country that does not belong to the European Union the VAT is never applied.
• For purchases from a country belonging to the European Union but which is different from Italy no VAT is applied to those who have a VAT number, home customers should always pay VAT. So in this case who is entitled to exemption from taxes must enter his VAT number and select Taxes Exempt.

Important: It is buyer's responsibility to properly declare its position, in order to avoid administrative sanctions.

Delivery is by sending an e-mail containing the activation code and a link to a page where you can download the product. Is provided an activation code for each license purchased. Even the invoice will be sent via e-mail.

There is no sending of the installation CD.

Our orders are not processed automatically but are controlled by one of our employees, then at certain times you receive the email almost immediately, in others you have to wait a few hours.

The license allows the use of BlueSol on a single computer. The program can be installed on multiple computers or transferred from one computer to another provided that its use is limited to one computer at a time.

The protection is different depending on the product:

• Category BlueSol
  To use the program, you must first activate your license.
  BlueSol is protected by a software activation key that allows the activation of the license on a single computer. You can transfer the license from one computer to another at any time without limitation. The activation can be either automatic (requires internet connection) or manually. We provide an activation key different for each license purchased.
• Category BlueCAD
  BlueCAD is protected with a software installation code. We provide an installation code different for each license purchased.

In the case of a license with the old method of hardware protection key, in the event of loss of the protection key will not be possible to replace it, but will be required to purchase a second license.

The right of withdrawal is excluded because the product is not sent as a parcel, it is downloaded from the website and activated using a installation code, which you can not return.
